SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed in 1-2 business days depending on when they are received. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 6 business days after order processing. Please keep in mind that these time frames are estimates. If your order is urgent or if you need to confirm the date an item will be shipped, please contact us.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Shipping for orders $75 and over is free.

Orders below $75 will be charged a $7 flat shipping fee

NOTE: free shipping is valid on orders shipped within the Continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

RETURNS

Millspharmacy.com does not accept returns for online purchase. We will only exchange or issue a store credit for damaged or defective merchandise. Should you discover your purchase is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. You will have 7 days to make an exchange.

Due to Board of Health Department regulations Millspharmacy.com cannot accept returns for the following types of items: hairbrushes, cosmetics, combs, electronic products, jewelry & accessories, bathroom & hygienic aids, manicure implements and any worn, open or used items.

You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#), which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. Please write the RA# on your receipt or packing slip and also on the outside of the shipping box.

When sending your return, we recommend shipping with an insured carrier like UPS or FedEx. Delivery Confirmation is preferred when using the United States Postal Service.
