Orders are generally processed in 1-2 business days depending on when they are received. Standard Shipping takes 2 to 6 business days after order processing. Orders below $75 will be charged a $7 flat shipping fee

RETURNS

Millspharmacy.com does not accept returns for online purchase. We will only exchange or issue a store credit for damaged or defective merchandise. Should you discover your purchase is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. You will have 7 days to make an exchange.

Due to Board of Health Department regulations Millspharmacy.com cannot accept returns for the following types of items: hairbrushes, cosmetics, combs, electronic products, jewelry & accessories, bathroom & hygienic aids, manicure implements and any worn, open or used items.

When sending your return, we recommend shipping with an insured carrier like UPS or FedEx. Delivery Confirmation is preferred when using the United States Postal Service.
