Shipping for orders $75 and over is free.

Orders below $75 will be charged a $7 flat shipping fee

 

NOTE: free shipping is valid on orders shipped within the Continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Millspharmacy.com does not accept returns for online purchase. We will only exchange or issue a store credit for damaged or defective merchandise. Should you discover your purchase is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. You will have 7 days to make an exchange.

Due to Board of Health Department regulations Millspharmacy.com cannot accept returns for the following types of items: hairbrushes, cosmetics, combs, electronic products, jewelry & accessories, bathroom & hygienic aids, manicure implements and any worn, open or used items.

 

To make a return:

1. Contact us via phone or email. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

2. You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#), which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. Please write the RA# on your receipt or packing slip and also on the outside of the shipping box. 

3. Return the product along with the original packing slip or receipt, RA# and a note with instructions on your preference for exchange or merchandise credit to the below address:

4. When sending your return, we recommend shipping with an insured carrier like UPS or FedEx. Delivery Confirmation is preferred when using the United States Postal Service.

 

NOTE: Millspharmacy.com cannot issue an exchange or merchandise credit without confirmation of delivery to our Returns Department.
