Is Millspharmacy.com a secure website?

Since you trust us with your personal information, we go to great lengths protect it. What is your privacy policy?

Millspharmacy.com is committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. We collect information about you as part of the registration and ordering process, however, Mills Pharmacy does not share your personal information with any third party other than those required to fulfill your order, such as merchant bank for credit card charging and UPS for order delivery.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We strive to keep all of our products in stock, but given the large amount of items, we occasionally run out of certain items. If the item you are looking for is out of stock, please call or email us to see when we expect that item to be back in stock.

 

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping for orders $75 and over is free.

Orders below $75 will be charged a $7 flat shipping fee

 

NOTE: free shipping is valid on orders shipped within the Continental United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

 

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days depending on when they are received. Standard shipping takes 2 to 6 business days after order processing. Please keep in mind these time frames are estimates. If your order is urgent, or if you need to confirm the date an item will be shipped, please contact us.

 

Can I order without registering?

When checking out, you can use the express checkout option, but you will have to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information each time you order.

 

What is your return policy?

Millspharmacy.com does not accept returns for open or used products. We will only exchange or issue a store credit for damaged or defective merchandise. Should you discover your purchase is damaged or defective, contact us immediately. You will have 14 days to make an exchange. 

Due to Board of Health Department regulations Millspharmacy.com cannot accept returns for the following types of items: prescriptions, hairbrushes, combs, hair irons, jewelry & accessories, hosiery, nursing supplies, bathroom & hygienic aids, manicure implements and any worn, open or used items.
